Buyer's Acknowledgement, Disclaimer and Consent

I hereby agree that the information above is correct and a Contract will be procured in the name/s of the purchasing entity noted above. I have attached my holding deposit payment receipt as proof of payment.


I understand the Lot choice selected in order of preference and availability will be held by payment of this holding deposit; and I agree to sign and return my purchase Contract within 5 days of receiving it or the Lot will be placed back on the market.


In the event that I have not paid a holding deposit the property will not be allocated to me or taken off the market until I can provide proof of payment.


If I have not selected a broker, an R&W Projects coach will contact me and provide details of a referral broker in my state to assist with my finance requirements.


R&W Projects does not provide advice on investments. All interested parties must rely on their own research before making any investment decision and should seek independent advice from a qualified financial planner or similar professional.


As part of your due diligence it is also the Buyer's responsibility to obtain independent legal advice on the terms and conditions in the Contract.


The Purchaser must adhere to the terms, conditions and subject clauses contained within the Contract of Sale. Whilst R&W Projects has made a number of assumptions when preparing the Property Information Report and analysis, these assumptions should be independently assessed by the Buyer/s as part of their Due Diligence.


I consent to receiving the Contract and any related Deeds, contract documents or Disclosures by way of electronic transmission such as but not limited to DocuSign.



Privacy Policy

When you provide R&W Projects with your personal information via the online Expression of Interest submission we seek your consent to disclose the information for the purposes of procuring a Contract for Sale.

Any personal information collected by R&W Projects will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act,1988. The collection and disclosure of personal information to any third party will be for the primary purpose of procurement and transaction of your property purchase Contract and in strict adherence and within the framework and protection of the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).

We are committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential and we take appropriate steps to protect your personal information held by us from misuse, interference and/or unauthorised access or distribution. This includes during storage, collection, processing, transfer and destruction of the information.



Referral Disclosure

This section is applicable for:

NSW purchases under Section 47, Property and Stock Agents Act, 2002 (NSW)

QLD  purchases under Section 157, Property Occupations Act, 2014 (QLD)

VIC purchases under the Estate Agents Act, 1980 (VIC)

ACT purchases under Section 177, Agents Act, 2002 (ACT)

WA purchases under Section 16, Real Estate and Business Agents and sales Representatives Code of Conduct, 2016 (WA)


Building Disclosure

If you are purchasing an off-the-plan or house and land property, we declare that R&W Projects has a business relationship with the builder to whom we have referred you for services associated with this purchase.  Our company expects to derive a commission based on this purchase which should be approximately 4-7% of the purchase price, this may vary according to the particular location and style of building.  We declare the builder does not derive any commission from R&W Projects.

Rental Referral Disclosure

We declare that R&W Projects may have a business relationship with the Property Manager to whom we have referred you for services associated with this purchase.  Our company expects to derive a commission based on this purchase  which should be approximately 1 weeks rent at the time of settlement/handover.  We declare the rental manager does not derive any commission from R&W Projects.
